Another moment to decide to create the life you can enjoy!  When I am *not enjoying*, it is often because I feel stuck. When I feel stuck, it means I need help! I have had to learn how to get help *(OK, I am STILL learning...)*. My natural tendency is to just try thinking harder about stuff all by myself.  My New Year musings for 2019 are about getting things out of my head and into action by seeking the support I need! Enjoy the video! *(It's 12 minutes, but you can easily listen to it while you do other things. there's nothing exciting to watch beyond my smiling face and super cool purple sunglasses*) > ### “You are what you want to become. Why search anymore? You are a wonderful manifestation. The whole universe has come together to make your existence possible. There is nothing that is not you. The kingdom of God, the Pure Land, nirvana, happiness, and liberation are all you.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh ![Image-1](https://blog.dressagenaturally.net/hs-fs/hubfs/Image-1.jpg?width=300&name=Image-1.jpg)You already are what you want to become. Enjoy being your amazing self. Be free. Choose. Decide. Create. Enjoy the process. This IS the fun part. *Thoughts?
